Women Leading the way in Digital Transformation

In an era when 48% of female leaders are comfortable with cutting-edge technologies such as AI, machine learning and Blockchain, it’s baffling to see that only 5% of leadership positions in the technology industry are held by women.

Bringing female role models into the classroom is critical in inspiring and encouraging the women leaders of tomorrow. At Connect2Teach we work with women who are leading the way in digital transformation. Here’s a list of five women from our network that you can invite to teach:

Dorota Zimnoch
Founder & Managing Director, Zing Business Consulting

Dorota is an entrepreneur and digital transformation leader with over two decades of experience. She has been ranked no.13 on PWC Power Global 100 and no.19 on Women in Finance Power 100. She has held multiple board advisory positions at companies such as Santander and the Heart Warsaw and was previously group CMO at 4Finance.

She has committed to delivering a webinar series on digital transformation for Emeritus Institute of Management for programmes in participation with MIT and Columbia.

Winnie Palmer
CEO, Morphosis Marketing Company & Co-Founder, Innovation Nation Limited

Winnie is an accomplished B2B and B2C digital marketer with over 15 years of experience. She is the Former Chief Digital Marketing & Media officer for Hewlett-Packard Enterprise and has held leadership roles at Microsoft, Nokia and Huawei. She is a board member at University of Greenwich and is also a contributor at Tech London Advocates. She is an avid speaker at top marketing conferences like Festival of Marketing and Digital Marketing Innovation Summit.

She has previously delivered three opportunities through Connect2Teach on B2B marketing and digital transformation for King’s Business School, Emeritus Institute of Management for programmes in participation with MIT and Columbia and Executive Education, Cambridge Judge Business School.

Pooja Naidu
Head of Product, FT Group Products, Financial Times

Pooja has over 20 years of experience in the retail, media and banking industries. She has held leadership positions in product management at Financial Times, Tesco and M&S. In her current role, she is responsible for the FT Group Portfolio of products overseeing over 35 brands and leading the delivery of the GDPR transformation programme for

She has committed to teaching with Connect2Teach #Here2Teach initiative and will be delivering a guest lecture on women in leadership at the University of Greenwich.

June Klein
Founder & CEO, Technology & Marketing Ventures, Inc.

June has over three decades of experience in financial technology and has pioneered digital initiatives at top firms like JP Morgan Chase, Citigroup and Merrill Lynch and currently runs her own business. She is the former tech advisor to the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation has been awarded Corporate LiveWire’s Most Innovative Financial Technologist and Corporate Visionary’s Most Influential Female CEO.

She has demonstrated her commitment to education through her current role as a panelist for the MIT Global Technology Review and her former speaking engagements at Oxford Internet Institute and University of Oxford, Saïd Business School.

Diana Carrasco
Head of Digital Risk, Compliance & Public Policy, HSBC Digital Bank

Diana is the Head of Digital Risk, Compliance and Policy UK & EU for HSBC Digital Bank. She has held leadership roles in digital transformation for both Visa and HSBC. She currently serves as Head of the Mentorship programme for the European Women Payments Network (Amsterdam) and has spoken at several conferences like the EWPN annual event and RiskConnect in Munich.

She has delivered a guest lecture on Trends in Global Banking for Executive Education, Cambridge Judge Business School.
