As the experts and opportunities on Connect2Teach are curated, it helps ensure a superior teaching and learning experience. Connect2Teach is based on the research that the subject matter knowledge of the person teaching has the most significant impact on learner satisfaction.
Connect2Teach can be used by individuals in both, their personal capacity and to represent their institution. They can use the network to both, teach and invite experts. Curation of experts and opportunities are both subject to our criteria to ensure great experiences.
We curate our experts based on their subject matter knowledge, ability to teach and motivation to teach. We curate our opportunities to ensure they are in line with the learning experience we expect institutions to deliver.

You can join the network as an expert to teach, to invite experts or nominate your experts to teach.
No, Connect2Teach is not a job portal and our experts are unable to take on full-time roles in teaching through Connect2Teach.
Teaching opportunities can range from curriculum development and delivery to research partnerships and consulting/ training engagements. These engagements usually range between 2 - 40+ hours. In the past, our work has included workshops, seminars, guest lectures, adjunct faculty positions, conferences and research partnerships.

You can login into your account and edit your profile to change your details. The settings page in your profile section allows you to change your account and privacy settings.
You can either click on the 'Forgot Password' link on the Login page or the 'Change Password' link on the settings page.
No problem! You can change your password by clicking on 'Forgot Password' link on the Login page.
Deactivating your account means that you will be precluded from posting opportunities as well as availing of any teaching opportunties. If you wish to do so, you can Login to your account and click the 'Deactivate' link on the settings page.
In case you have deactivated your account and wish to regain access, you can Login to you account and click the 'Reactivate' option on the settings page.
It depends on your goals and needs:
- If you are working to increase industry - academia interactions then we would recommend our subscription of GBP 500 to invite upto 10 guest lecturers for engagements not greater than three hours or to use our pay as you go facility.
- If you are interested in using Connect2Teach frequently to invite visiting or adjunct lecturers or host workshops in addition to guest lecturers, we recommend our subscription of GBP 1500. You would be able to post opportunities worth GBP 2000.
- If you would like to nominate your high performers or leadership to teach, we would recommend our #Here To Teach subscription for GBP 3000. This would enable you to nominate 10 experts who would be eligible for 20 engagements annually.

Connect2Teach is committed to complying with applicable tenets of the General Data Protection Regulation. Yes there are. We do work with institutions that do not require experts with prior teaching experience but have extensive professional experience.
No. However, Connect2Teach is built to connect motivated experts to institutions. So we do hope you would take on at least three opportunities in the year.
You can choose to not accept payments and volunteer your time instead!

We're sorry you do not fit the criteria to teach at the moment. You do not need to resumbit your profile, however, you can keep updating it. Meanwhile, you can use the network to post opportunities, or purchase a subscription to nominate experts from your institution to teach.
A Connect2Teach profile represents you as a credible source of knowledge. Additionally, it helps:
- Build your personal brand
- Access a diverse network
- Attach value to your knowledge
You can do either.

Yes. It is free to register as an expert on Connect2Teach in your individual capacity.
The areas of expertise are among the primary criteria for matching an expert profile with opportunties on the network. Your areas of expertise should stem from skills that you have direct experience in and would be comfortable teaching. Eg: if you are the COO of a multinational company, you may have handled many different profiles but your core experience may be in operations.
All opportunities are displayed on your dashboard, from where you can view details about these opportunities and 'Express Interest' or 'Apply' to those you find interesting. Please Login to access your dashboard.
Opportunities can range from 2 - 40+ in session hours, depending on the type of engagement.
If you express interest in an opportunity, we share your profile with the institution to decide how to take it forward. The entire process is hand held on Connect2Teach.com or by a team member.
It is completely free for experts to be on Connect2Teach and we do not charge the expert. We do request that they will help us grow the network by recommending experts or opportunities.
Connect2Teach will inform you as soon as we have information of an engagement getting rescheduled or cancelled. Should it be rescheduled, you can choose to commit to the new date, given your availability.
We understand plans change sometimes but do let us know as soon as possible if you are not able to make it to an engagement, also we would appreciate if you can refer someone in your network who would be able to take on the engagement instead.
Connect2Teach relies on its' community to help us identify individuals who want to share their knowledge and institutions who want to deliver the best learning experience. You can invite other people post login.
Connect2Teach will help manage the entire process from discovery to delivery, payment and feedback. Once you post an opportunity, we will match you to the most suitable experts based on our proprietary matching algorithm and make recommendations. You can then interact with the suggested experts and finalize the one you find most appropriate. Once both parties agree on date, pricing and contract terms, you can sign the contract for the teaching engagement.
We curate our experts based on our proprietary curation methodology which assesses their subject matter knowledge, ability to teach and motivation to teach.
Since all payments are made through Connect2Teach.com you do not need to apply for supplier approval for each expert and instead only need to approve Connect2Teach as a supplier.
If you are not a registered user, you can provide the basic details of your requirements while registering and once your account is approved, you can provide the remaining details. If you are a registered user, you can go to the invite section post login to provide details of the opportunity.
Under Pay-as-you-go, you pay a requirement gathering fee based on the engagement type. Under subscription, corresponding credits get deducted. For more details, please refer to the How it Works page or email us at hello@Connect2Teach.com
As Connect2Teach manages the entire engagement from discovery to feedback, all payments are managed by us. We collect all payments on behalf of the experts and disburse it directly.
Under a subscription, there are no cancellation charges. Under pay-as-you-go model, requirement gathering fee will not be reimbursed. In both cases, institution may have to bear any applicable charges regarding expense for travel/ accommodation of the expert.
