Time commitment between 1-3 hours per engagement
Voluntary in nature for the experts
Can be selected based on expert availability and business priority
Anyone can drive the initiative within their company or team. Senior Leaders can nominate themselves and other team members or the human resources/ L&D teams can nominate more centrally.
Minimum of 12 years of experience
Minimum 2 years with the organization
Equivalent to VP or higher designation
Previous teaching / speaking experience (preferred)
